How to cancel your service with MegaPath:

We are unable to process verbal cancellations. Cancellations will be processed within 72 hours of receiving written notice.  Note that many contracts require 30 days notification for cancellations.

Please be aware that if the Service Term has not expired, you will be responsible for Early Termination Fees (ETF) as defined in the associated Master Service Agreement and/or Service Order Form.
